The Lowe family picnic in 2003 was hosted on June 28 at Earl Rowe Provincial Park by Lorraine & Eunice Sheffield. Attendence was good, the weather was good and, of course, the food was great, as usual.
This year for the first time, we featured a golf chipping contest, which was won by Reg Sheffield.
